Job Responsibility:
Perform front office duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a well-organized reception area
Handle inbound calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to callers
Scan and organize documents to ensure accurate recordkeeping and accessibility
Collaborate directly with the organization’s team to facilitate administrative tasks and communication
Manage data entry processes with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Assist with receptionist responsibilities, maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment
Support various administrative functions across multiple office locations as needed
Ensure compliance with organizational procedures and standards in all administrative activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management roles
Strong ability to handle inbound calls and address inquiries professionally
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications
