We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part time Administrative Assistant to join our team on a Contract to permanent employment basis. Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry using QuickBooks, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and organized
Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel to support reporting and data management
Assist in managing TikTok and other social media platforms, contributing to content scheduling and engagement
Handle inbound calls professionally and provide excellent customer support
Carry out receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence
Support general administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling, and organizing office supplies
Comfortable with Social Media operation platforms
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
Requirements:
Proficiency in QuickBooks for accurate financial data entry
Strong knowledge of Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets
Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms for content management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling calls and correspondence
Previous experience in administrative assistance or receptionist roles
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
