Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming phone calls courteously, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide helpful assistance to callers
Perform accurate data entry to maintain rental property listings and ensure information is updated in company records
Welcome visitors and support front-desk activities to maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, organizing files, and handling routine correspondence
Monitor listing details for completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies when needed
Coordinate daily clerical support activities to help the team operate efficiently
Maintain confidentiality while handling business information, property details, and office documentation
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or similar office support role
Proven ability to manage inbound calls with professionalism and strong customer service skills
Experience with data entry and a consistent track record of maintaining accurate records
Familiarity with rental properties, property listings, or real estate-related administrative work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills
