Job Responsibility
Manage front-office activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment
Respond to incoming phone calls promptly, route messages accurately, and provide helpful assistance to callers
Perform a range of administrative support tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination
Enter and maintain records with a high level of accuracy while helping keep administrative data current and organized
Support day-to-day office operations by tracking routine tasks, handling correspondence, and assisting with workflow needs
Maintain orderly office documentation and assist with reception coverage to ensure smooth daily business operations
Requirements
Prior experience providing administrative support in an office environment
Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
Proficiency in general office procedures, including scheduling, filing, and document handling
Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable performing receptionist-style duties, including visitor interaction and call handling
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
