Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant for National Branch Network as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. The role involves handling moderately complex administrative tasks, supporting payroll processing, record keeping, and report preparation while interacting with internal and external customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support moderately complex administrative tasks
  • Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation
  • Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
  • Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line
  • Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization

Requirements:

2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events
  • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Experience reviewing and preparation of expense reports for leaders
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including those related to conflict resolution
  • Experience writing and editing internal communications, including corporate and executive level communications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • National branch network experience
  • Experience with systems -Workday, My Concur, and Cloud cords
