We are looking to hire an administrative assistant in Dorval who has a background in accounting who loves there work and loves to be useful, and demonstrates this day after day whether in person or on the phone, with customers, suppliers, colleagues and visitors. Very meticulous, at ease with a high volume of transactions, comfortable with routine therefore very autonomous in terms of time management. The working atmosphere is excellent, colleagues are friendly, and the work is stimulating and varied.
Job Responsibility:
Manage administration mailbox
Account for supplier invoices after matching them with purchase orders
Data entry through excel purchase orders and proof of receipt of stock
Customer collection
Filing customer invoices, supplier invoices
Answering the telephone
Prepare invoices in computer system Pronoun
Excel spreadsheets
Help and assistance to sales and purchasing colleagues (scanning, copying, data entry Internet searches, etc.)
Account for cash receipts and make bank deposits
Any other related tasks
Requirements:
Experience in administration and data entry
Good judgment
