Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure an organized, efficient work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Assist with data entry, supply ordering, and general office tasks

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • High school diploma required
