Job Responsibility:
Handle daily administrative functions such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining records
Answer inbound calls, providing accurate information and redirecting calls as needed
Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in company records
Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office to manage financial and administrative operations
Provide receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and enhance productivity
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support office efficiency
Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Support other administrative tasks as necessary to meet organizational needs
Requirements:
Intermediate proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation
Previous experience in administrative assistance or a related field
