We are seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a busy construction company in Hawaii. Job Responsibility
Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and urgency
Greet visitors and support front-office communication needs
Schedule meetings, appointments, and service calls
Prepare correspondence, reports, and general administrative documents
Maintain filing systems, office records, and supply inventory
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Assist with data entry, invoice tracking, and general office support
Requirements
Previous administrative support experience
Recent phone experience and strong ability to answer and manage incoming calls
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
