Job Description

We are seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a busy construction company in Hawaii. This role requires strong phone experience, confidence answering multi-line phones, and the ability to provide professional service to clients, vendors, and internal teams. Job Responsibility

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Greet visitors and support front-office communication needs
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and service calls
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and general administrative documents
  • Maintain filing systems, office records, and supply inventory
  • Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors
