Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors, manage front-desk activity, and provide detail-oriented administrative support throughout the office
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages in a timely manner
Scan, organize, and maintain paper and digital documents with a high level of accuracy
Perform data entry and update office records to ensure information remains current and accessible
Assist with general office coordination, including handling routine administrative requests from staff and leadership
Support multiple day-to-day office functions to maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or front-office support role
Ability to answer inbound calls clearly and communicate effectively with visitors and staff
