Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Handle inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of essential information
Provide receptionist services, including greeting visitors and handling correspondence
Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team productivity
Assist in preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support the team with general office duties, ensuring a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflow and administrative processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing correspondence
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
