We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to executives and departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on creating and updating Excel spreadsheets for tracking budgets, inventories, and project timelines
Handle data entry, analysis, and visualization in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros to streamline workflows
Manage email correspondence, phone calls, and office supplies inventory
Assist with event planning, filing systems, and other ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and implement efficiency tools
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including experience with functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and data validation
Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
