We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a dynamic real estate property management environment. Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Greet visitors and clients warmly while handling receptionist duties
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars
Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external use
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
Collaborate with team members to support special projects and initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies in all administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing receptionist duties
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Experience in accurate data entry and record maintenance
Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
