Non-Profit, located in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks an Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant will maintain and update internal records, draft and distribute internal and external communications, prepare meeting materials, create event agendas, cover the reception area as needed, and assist other staff with administrative tasks. The ideal Administrative Assistant should have a technical aptitude for database systems, strong attention to detail and experience working in a professional services environment.

Cover the reception area as needed
Assist other staff with administrative tasks
Assist with administrative tasks, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned projects
Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold confidentiality standards
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to support internal and external stakeholders
Build and nurture relationships based on trust and integrity with colleagues and clients
Adapt to changes in the work environment and provide seamless task execution
Ensure punctuality and consistency by being prepared and available during work hours
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative and hospitality experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Technical aptitude for database systems
Strong attention to detail
Experience working in a professional services environment
Nice to have:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar
