Job Responsibility:

Receive and direct inbound phone calls in a courteous and attentive manner, taking messages when needed
Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support to create a positive and efficient office experience
Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare, organize, and file documents so information is easy to access and properly maintained

Requirements:
