Administrative Assistant

• Revise and update existing safety data sheets to meet compliance and organizational standards
• Convert customer-provided safety data sheets into the required format using Canva
• Utilize provided templates to streamline the process of transferring and formatting documents
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all updated safety data sheets
• Collaborate with team members to address any questions or issues related to the formatting process
• Maintain organized records of completed and pending tasks for internal tracking
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the timely completion of compliance projects
• Use Canva efficiently to design and format documents according to company templates
• Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project goals

• Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in regulatory or compliance-related tasks
• Proficiency with Canva and the ability to adapt quickly to design templates
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with document formatting tools
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience with data entry and office administration is highly desirable
