Job Responsibility:
Support office staff and project teams with administrative duties
Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Answer incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
Maintain schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination
Track invoices, purchase orders, and other project-related paperwork
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Assist with vendor communication and internal reporting
Perform general clerical and office support duties
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience, ideally in construction or a related field
Must be able to answer multi-line phone and provide excellent customer service
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Professional and dependable work style
Must currently reside in Hawaii due to onsite work requirements
