A busy and growing healthcare organization in Oceanside is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support patient coordination, office operations, and administrative workflows. The Administrative Assistant will help ensure that administrative processes, scheduling, and documentation are handled accurately while supporting both clinical and administrative teams. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
Maintain patient records, documentation, and compliance files
Support front office operations, including phone and email communication
Assist with billing support, insurance verification, and administrative processing
Perform data entry, reporting, and database management
Ensure accuracy and organization of medical and administrative records
Support clinical staff with administrative coordination
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or medical office settings
Familiarity with medical terminology, billing processes, or EMR systems is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
