Our Christian nonprofit association client is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help advance our mission. This individual will provide administrative support to staff, assist with communications, coordinate schedules and events, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to serving others in a faith-based environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and managing correspondence
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Support planning and logistics for meetings, events, and ministry activities
Maintain office supplies and assist with vendor coordination
Help manage donor records, databases, and confidential files
Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters and mailings
Welcome visitors and represent the organization with professionalism and Christian hospitality
Perform other duties as assigned in support of the organization’s mission
Requirements
At least 3 years of administrative support experience, with executive-level support experience considered an asset
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and a high level of tech proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional discretion with confidential information
Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
