Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming phone calls and greet visitors courteously, ensuring each inquiry is directed appropriately and handled with care
Provide day-to-day administrative support by organizing records, preparing documents, and maintaining an efficient office environment
Enter and update information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Support customer service activities by responding to questions, relaying messages, and assisting with general requests
Perform reception-related duties such as monitoring the front desk, coordinating communications, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with scheduling, filing, and other clerical tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service support role
Ability to handle inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
