We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a Real Estate & Property organization in Brooklyn, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing front-office activities while keeping records accurate and up to date. The role will contribute to smooth communication across the office by handling administrative coordination, incoming calls, and routine documentation tasks.
Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative support tasks to help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment
Receive and direct inbound phone calls in a courteous manner, ensuring messages are relayed accurately and promptly
Welcome visitors and provide front-desk assistance while maintaining a positive first impression of the office
Enter, update, and verify information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, correspondence, and general administrative documents for easy access and compliance
Coordinate routine office activities such as scheduling, supply tracking, and basic operational follow-up
Assist team members with clerical duties and other administrative needs to support daily business functions
Requirements
Experience providing administrative support in an office-based environment
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency with standard office procedures and general administrative tasks
