Job Responsibility:
Managing daily office activities and maintaining a welcoming environment
Providing administrative support to various teams as needed
Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organising calendars
Assisting with document preparation and data entry tasks
Maintaining filing systems and ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with financial record keeping and confidential client information
Requirements:
MUST Proven experience in an administrative role within Financial Services
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
