Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant based in Peania to ensure the smooth operation of the site’s base of operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling telephone switchboard calls and managing mail
  • Drafting, proofreading or translating administrative documents
  • HR administrative handling (collect and update employees administrative documents)
  • Collecting and reviewing subcontractor administrative documentation
  • Preparing, performing and ensuring a smooth onboarding on site
  • Performing administrative tasks (organizing meetings, drafting minutes, follow-ups, tracking tables, etc.)
  • Ensuring proper organization and archiving of supplier documentation, contracts, amendments, invoices, etc.
  • Overseeing the site’s Health & Safety administrative follow-up (managing personal protective equipment, etc.)
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of the base of operations (supplies, service providers, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Qualification in secretarial work or managerial assistance
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration, ideally in the construction or engineering sectors
  • Advanced computer skills (Office Suite, Outlook, etc.)
  • Interpersonal skills, organization, and adaptability
  • Speaking fluently Greek and English

Nice to have:

A good level of French
