Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage calendars and schedules for senior leaders
Support in organizing meetings and company events
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, faxes, and various forms
Answer phone calls and handle other communications
Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems
Greet and provide assistance to visitors
Track expenses and prepare related reports
Remain current on office policies and processes
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative assistant role
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with office management systems and standard procedures
Nice to have:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Additional certification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
