Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to executives and department leaders
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with onboarding, office coordination, and vendor management
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Support special projects and cross-department initiatives
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
