Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to support day‑to‑day operational and planning activities. The role is ideal for someone comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders, contractors, and scheduling.
Job Responsibility:
Processing and tracking supplier invoices
Raising and maintaining Purchase Orders (POs)
Chasing contractors and suppliers for quotes and information
Supporting planning and scheduling activities
Keeping records up to date across Excel and internal systems
General administrative support to engineering / facilities teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Familiarity with invoice processing and PO systems
Confident chasing suppliers and contractors professionally
Experience supporting planning, scheduling, or coordination
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience in facilities, engineering, construction, or maintenance environments
Experience working with CAFM, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
