We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming phone calls by answering and directing them appropriately
Assist with general office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow
Perform accurate data entry tasks to update and maintain records
Support administrative functions such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and provide receptionist services
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring proper communication with relevant parties
Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels
Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve processes
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Prepare reports and summaries as needed for internal use
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or office management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing inbound calls
Competence in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented approach and customer service orientation
High school diploma or equivalent
