Our client in Lawrenceville, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong board governance and records management experience. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with compliance requirements, and migrating data. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills and thrives in a professional office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to executives and board members, including scheduling, communications, and meeting logistics
Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and board packets while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Maintain governance and compliance records, including board resolutions, policies, and other critical documents
Track board member terms, appointments, and training requirements
Coordinate document management, including filing, digitization, retention schedules, and retrieval of governance materials
Support onboarding processes for new board members
Assist with special projects related to regulatory compliance and organizational governance
Collaborate with internal departments to gather and share information as needed
Utilize office productivity tools (such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite) for efficient recordkeeping and communications
Requirements:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant (preferably supporting board governance or records management)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
Knowledge of records management practices and compliance procedures
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and continuous learning skills
Associate’s degree preferred
