We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Redwood City, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Job Responsibility:
Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring all meetings and events are efficiently organized
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing courteous and effective assistance to clients and team members
Respond to email correspondence promptly and accurately, maintaining clear communication
Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is kept up-to-date and error-free
Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Maintain organized records and files for easy accessibility and reference
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Assist in coordinating team activities and administrative projects as needed
Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability when required
Collaborate with other team members to support seamless office operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or similar role, showcasing an ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling calls and email correspondence
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with basic office tools and equipment
