Job Description:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Redwood City, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily operations by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring all meetings and events are efficiently organized
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing courteous and effective assistance to clients and team members
  • Respond to email correspondence promptly and accurately, maintaining clear communication
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is kept up-to-date and error-free
  • Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Maintain organized records and files for easy accessibility and reference
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist in coordinating team activities and administrative projects as needed
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability when required
  • Collaborate with other team members to support seamless office operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role, showcasing an ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling calls and email correspondence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
