We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Rocklin, California. This part-time, remote position requires 25 hours of work per week and involves providing support with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be comfortable handling customer inquiries, vendor coordination, and scheduling activities.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries and concerns
Coordinate with vendors to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues
Schedule and manage appointments for installation services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform general office duties such as organizing documents and maintaining records
Assist with data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate information
Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
Ensure all administrative processes are completed in a timely and organized manner
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management roles in Solar
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer and vendor interaction
Ability to handle incoming calls professionally and resolve issues promptly
Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping with attention to detail
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks and processes
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
