Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage calendars and daily schedules for senior team members
Support the planning and execution of meetings and company events
Prepare and circulate written communications, including memos, letters, and forms
Manage incoming calls and other office communications efficiently
Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
Welcome visitors and provide general administrative support
Track expenses and assist with preparing financial reports
Remain informed about current office procedures and policies
Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with office management systems and processes
Nice to have:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Additional credentials in administrative support or as a secretary are a plus
