Job Description:

Work under limited supervision to deliver daily administrative and technical support for assigned insurance programs. Partner with Underwriters or Account Executives to coordinate underwriting and customer service activities, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and process new and renewal insurance applications accurately and efficiently
  • Support basic client servicing functions, including issuing Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Coverage, and Auto ID Cards
  • Prepare, review, and analyze technical documents to ensure information is complete and correct
  • Accurately enter and maintain records in policy management systems and files
  • Generate invoices and monitor receivables
  • assist in resolving accounting discrepancies as needed
  • Prepare premium finance agreements and oversee processing as required
  • Contribute to the creation of presentations for customers and prospective clients
  • Support the development and implementation of claims handling instructions and loss control initiatives
  • Order and track various reports (e.g., loss runs, MVRs), ensuring timely follow-up
  • Address or refer underwriters’ questions as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and using search tools to locate information
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work across all organizational levels
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Consistent adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
