We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position expected to run for approximately 3.5 months, offering a fully onsite work environment with a standard Monday through Friday schedule of 35 hours per week, while also allowing for a part-time arrangement. The role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages clerical tasks efficiently, and helps create a welcoming and well-run office setting.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, ensuring a detail-oriented and helpful experience
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner
Perform a range of administrative support duties to keep daily office activities organized and on schedule
Enter and maintain information accurately in office records, databases, and related documents
Prepare, organize, and file paperwork so materials are easy to access and up to date
Coordinate routine front-desk and receptionist activities while supporting staff with general office needs
Monitor administrative workflows and assist with scheduling or other clerical priorities as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with staff and visitors
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple clerical tasks in a fully onsite office environment
Proficiency with standard administrative procedures and day-to-day office operations
Dependable organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
