Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure an efficient, well-run workplace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies
Greet visitors and provide general front-desk support as needed
Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and invoice processing
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Support managers and team members with general administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
Help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
