Job Responsibility
Manage front-office activities, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area
Respond to inbound phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages with accuracy and courtesy
Perform a variety of administrative support duties such as filing, document preparation, and general office coordination
Enter and update information in company records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Provide day-to-day assistance to staff by organizing paperwork, scheduling support tasks, and helping keep operations running smoothly
Monitor routine office needs and help maintain an efficient administrative workflow
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role
Ability to handle incoming calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts
