Job Responsibility:
High-volume data entry and maintenance of core product catalogs
Managing and auditing promotional data sets to ensure accuracy across all platforms
Utilizing Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables) to organise, cross-reference, and report on inventory and pricing data
Providing ad-hoc administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically the ability to perform V-Lookups and manage Pivot Tables
Meticulous Eye for Detail: A natural inclination toward accuracy and the ability to spot inconsistencies in large data sets
Adaptability: The ability to work cohesively in-office during the training phase, with the discipline to maintain productivity while working remotely
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and helpful demeanor
