Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team members
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
Maintain files, records, and other documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
Order office supplies and support general office operations
Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking projects or deadlines
Coordinate internal communications and support special projects as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
