We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a busy warehouse/blue-collar environment located in South Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with spreadsheets, and providing general administrative support to help keep operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support for warehouse and office operations
Maintain and update spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel
Order and track office and warehouse supplies
Enter and manage data accurately in company systems
Assist with filing, document organization, and basic reporting
Communicate with internal team members to support daily operational needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
