Job Responsibility
Assemble legal and administrative documentation packages with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
Maintain and update spreadsheet-based records to track key information, deadlines, and case-related data
Enter and verify judgment-related information in internal records and supporting documents
Perform wage and banking calculations while ensuring figures are properly documented and reviewed
Use database searches and query tools to retrieve information and support administrative reporting needs
Coordinate calendars, schedule important dates, and help keep priorities organized for the team
Prepare files and supporting materials for audits, ensuring documentation is accessible and up to date
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, office coordination, and front-desk or phone assistance as needed
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry tasks
Ability to manage detailed documentation with accuracy and consistency
Comfortable handling phone coverage, receptionist-related duties, and general office support
Experience organizing schedules, appointments, and calendar-based deadlines
Solid numerical skills with the ability to complete basic banking or wage-related calculations
