Associa is hiring multiple Administrative Assistants to supports its Eastern Shore Team. (1) Assistant will work in the Ocean City, MD corporate office location. (1) Assistant will temporarily work out of the Bethany Beach Corporate office, then transition to the Ocean City office.
Job Responsibility:
Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors and contractors
Research and respond to inquires
Enter and update information in the database
Receive and distribute packages
Scan and file documents
Organize and track information
Assist homeowners with monthly payments and delinquencies
Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of office, clerical, or administrative experience
Punctual, reliable, proactive, and takes ownership
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Customer service driven and team oriented
Well versed in MS office products and systems savvy
