We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to leadership and team members. This role is essential to keeping the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming mail and packages
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Coordinate meetings, calendars, and conference rooms
Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks (paperwork, system access, workspace setup)
Support internal communications and general office coordination
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
