We are looking to add a vibrant and highly motivated administrative assistant to our team. This team member will possess strong organizational skills, be a great multi-tasker, and must be detail oriented. Key aspects of the role include assisting our team in managing schedules, documentation, vendor relationships, and client interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Provide office support by greeting visitors, answer and direct calls, manage mail and office supplies
Coordinate office events with meetings and staff calendars firm wide
Create documentation items including reports, memos, and presentations
Organize travel and convention arrangements
Maintain filing and database systems
Serve as a face of the firm at local and regional community and client events
Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience, A/E/C industry is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
