A growing, full-service accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to serve as the welcoming face and voice of its Lemoyne, PA office.
Job Responsibility
Greet clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist clients with scheduling, document collection, and general inquiries
Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence
Prepare, assemble, and distribute tax returns and client documents (requires extended standing during peak season)
Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed
Follow established administrative procedures
Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Professionalism in handling sensitive information
Nice to have
Experience in a CPA firm, financial services, legal office, or similar professional services environment
Familiarity with tax-season workflows and document management systems
Associate’s degree or additional relevant experience
