We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Barnegat, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to work in a detail-oriented environment with room for growth. Please note, this role is PART TIME. 3 days/week!
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors, potential renters, and current residents with a friendly and detail-oriented approach
Assist residents and prospects by providing accurate information about the property and services
Maintain organized property files and ensure proper documentation
Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient
Collaborate with the maintenance team to coordinate and track resident work orders
Update and maintain the waitlist, including sending out necessary correspondence
Conduct daily tours of the property to ensure it remains clean, attractive, and well-maintained
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
Perform data entry tasks and manage email correspondence efficiently
Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and approachable attitude
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and sales support
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent required
additional experience in leasing or related fields is preferred
Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk during property tours, and lift up to 15 pounds when necessary
