Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate team members
Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring records and databases are up-to-date and organized
Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment
Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
Assist in case management workflows by organizing files and monitoring progress
Coordinate social work-related activities and maintain relevant documentation
Ensure timely communication across departments to support effective collaboration
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to office policies in handling sensitive information
Provide payroll-related administrative assistance when required
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Strong proficiency in data entry with excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle inbound calls with a focus on accuracy and courteous communication
Experience managing receptionist tasks and creating a welcoming environment
Familiarity with case management processes and social work activities
