We are looking for an administrative assistant for a 3 month contract for one of our clients in Ville Saint-Laurent (H4R). As a key team member, you will be providing essential support and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support
Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
Independently draft and prepare emails, expense reports, presentations, and other documents
Serve as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders
Maintain an efficient filing and document management system
Plan, coordinate, and organize the logistics for team meetings and events
Support special projects and assist with planning events related to the office
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Must be bilingual (French and English) with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Adaptable
Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
English communication skills will be required for clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a regular basis
