We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize daily office operations to ensure efficiency
Answer and direct inbound calls professionally and promptly
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records
Provide receptionist support, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks
Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence and documentation as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support team members with administrative assistance for various projects
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
