A prominent legal firm is seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant to handle client communications, answer calls, and coordinate case files. You will support attorneys and staff with document preparation, scheduling, and maintaining records. Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct client calls, displaying professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Assist attorneys with document preparation, proofreading, and filing legal documents
Manage client intake, calendar appointments, and schedule meetings
Maintain electronic and physical case files
Support daily office operations, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and expense tracking
Prepare billing statements and assist with basic accounting tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree or coursework in legal studies a plus
Minimum 1 year administrative experience in a legal setting strongly preferred
Proven phone experience and excellent customer service abilities
Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
Attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced, confidential environment
