Job Responsibility:
Manage and respond to incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are addressed or redirected appropriately
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases
Oversee reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing meeting schedules
Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies to ensure availability
Support customer service efforts by assisting with general inquiries and providing solutions
Utilize Microsoft Excel for organizing data and creating reports
Direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel professionally
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote efficiency
Help prepare documents and correspondence as needed
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with receptionist and phone handling duties
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Capability to manage office supplies and inventory effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
