We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Fresno, California. This long-term Part Time contract position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. The role involves a mix of administrative tasks, client interaction, and social media management. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-2pm (will potentially move to full time)
Job Responsibility:
Welcome clients warmly and assist them with placing orders, ensuring a positive experience
Perform extensive data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to maintain records and databases
Create engaging social media posts to promote company initiatives and improve online presence
Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately
Manage receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the front desk area
Coordinate administrative office tasks to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
Utilize advanced computer skills to perform tasks effectively and troubleshoot minor technical issues
Collaborate with team members to implement advertising strategies across social media platforms
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in creating content
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and call handling
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with office software and online tools
Experience in social media advertising and campaign management
Detail-oriented approach and ability to provide exceptional customer service
